Business startups has never been easier, fun and challenging than before.
Very soon I will be writing a lot about this filed. In the meantime, if any one of you have any query, please write in the comments below and I will be glad to address them.
Startups are lifeblood of innovation and progress. It tells a lot about the founders but at the same time it creates lots of challenges. According to me the first and the biggest challenge is personal, meaning who is / are founder(s) ?, what is their own life goal ?, because that will define the future of startup or any business. I believe founder’s life goal determine the future dimension of startups, because that will determine the creation of policies or procedure adopted in business. The kind of people hired, the product policies, the pricing policies, customer relation policies, employee relation policies etc. to name a few.
The logic behind this is, if your business goal is too personal (like ROI, fame or self-recognition etc.) how do you expect the business to focus on customer goal.? And why business goal would be too personal.? because look at your life goal, is it too personal or otherwise.? If the answer to your life goal is otherwise then congratulations, chances of startup success is greater, because true non-personal life goal ensure the right direction for business goal. I know it might be difficult to swallow for some.
Could this be one reason of low success rate of startups . Mmmmmmm, I wonder?
Do we need to look into the notion called “success”? to come to conclusion or not, I wonder?
